COMPLETE DESIGN SERVICE

DESIGN
MANAGEMENT
Having a gorgeous design is one thing but making sure it's implemented properly is another.
We can be onsite on your behalf or with you as an advisor to ensure that that project runs as smoothly as possible.

Final Sign off and Quality Control
This service is POA based.
You will receive a personalised proposal for the time required, paid in advance on retainer and time tracked against this.

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
A design is only as good as the way it is communicated to the client and then the contractors for installation.
We take design communication very seriously at KBF Interior Design as it ensures that you receive the highest quality final product.
2D PLANS AND SECTIONS
Sometimes called CAD plans or line drawings, these plans will give you everything you need to get accurate plans from your contractors. We supply floorplans, and details of specific aspects of the design.
Sections show layouts on walls within the design, these are crucial to help you and your contractor visualise the finished products.
MOOD BOARDS
Mood Boards really help cement the design for you. You will get samples of the aspects of the design and reference images to help you understand the vibe of the space.
If you go for the DIY package you can use these boards to bring the design to life.
3D MODELS
We also do a basic 3D Model to ensure our designs make the most of the space in all dimensions.
Some of the clients need some extra help visualising the final product so we can render up our models to help with this.
ITEMISED QUOTE
Specificity is key so our clients will always get an itemised quotation for the design. This will cover all aspects of the design from flooring, wallpaper, and curtains to artwork and accessories.
We can then source and supply these items for you and arrange install covered under our design management service.
